Beyond its vast dune systems, Shaybah is also home to conservation initiatives designed to protect and reintroduce native wildlife species adapted to desert conditions. This series focuses on the relationship between wildlife and landscape, documenting animals that have evolved to survive in one of the harshest environments on earth. Set against the dramatic backdrop of the Empty Quarter, the photographs explore themes of adaptation, resilience and stewardship. The work forms part of a wider exploration of environmental conservation and biodiversity across the Arabian Peninsula.
